(Monte Dutton photos) https://www.sadlerhughes.com/ This Saturday finds the Presbyterian College women at Templeton Center to play a crucial Big South Conference basketball game versus the Longwood Lancers of Farmville, Va. The obvious choice for a basketball game …
Martineze Shaw (Monte Dutton photos) https://www.scfbins.com/agents/buddybridges Laurens County’s high schools resumed play after the holidays on Wednesday night to a mixed bag of results. Clinton and Laurens Academy split their boys’ and girls’ games with the local girls coming out on top both times. Laurens District dropped both games at Greenwood. Oddly, but significantly, Clinton …

Presbyterian College hosts a couple weekend games. The men (7-7) face …
(PC graphic) https://www.facebook.com/UpstateInsuranceConsultants Matt Smith is filling some well-worn shoes. Presbyterian College athletics director Dee Nichols announced Smith’s hiring to succeed Brian Purcell, who held the women’s soccer reins for 35 years and was, until Wednesday, the only head coach in Blue Hose history, and for once, it wasn’t just the Division I era. A …
